SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
MODA ESE O ESE, S.L.U. shall be the controller of the personal data of those PERSONS who have proceeded to create a profile on any of its social networks, and such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information on the processing:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and MODA ESE O ESE, S.L.U (hereinafter the CONTROLLER), which may include the following operations:
-Process requests and queries raised to the controller
-Provide information about activities and events organized by the controller
-Provide information about products or services offered by the controller
-Interact through the official profiles
When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as their rights in relation to their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the indicated purposes and will be kept securely.
Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR). On the other hand, the USER can access the social network's own privacy policies at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent provided, as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER'S social networks, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services the USER uses, and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete them, or deactivate them, as well as any third-party application that is no longer desired to be used.
However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen, except, if it were essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: they can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.
-Right to withdraw consent at any time.
-Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its processing.
-Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
-Access to public profile information.
-Publication on the USER'S profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER'S social network.
-Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels.
-Status updates of the page that will be published on the USER'S profile.
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their settings where they will find different configuration possibilities in relation to the degree of privacy of the user profile on the social network.
3. PUBLICATIONS
The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.
The USER, once they are a follower or have joined the CONTROLLER'S social network, may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that infringes or is likely to infringe on morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one's own image, or the Law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content on company profiles will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to delete such comments or content and block the responsible users.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for the content freely published by the USER. The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be known to other users, so they are the main person responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Reviewing and reading the conditions of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration is recommended, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so.
Likewise, the CONTROLLER will be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special needs, whose access should take place under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
